Police log: Chambersburg woman seriously injured in two-vehicle crash

Nov. 28: Joan Singer, 65, Chambersburg, was flown to Hershey Medical Center following a two-vehicle crash at about 4:35 p.m. on Kennebec Drive, Chambersburg Police said. She was in critical condition on Thursday.

Fulton County

Nov. 24: A Shade Gap man was cited for harassment following a domestic dispute with a McConnellsburg woman at 12:43 p.m. at Lincoln Way Pizza, Todd Township, according to Pennsylvania State Police. 

Shippensburg

Nov. 27: Michael Eugene Chestnut, 53, was charged with disorderly conduct after police responded at about 2:38 a.m. to an establishment in the 200 block of West King Street that Chestnut had been banned from; as Chestnut left, he could be heard yelling and cursing from three properties away, Shippensburg Police said.

Oct. 22: Sean M. Siegfried, Waynesboro, was charged with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and driving on a suspended/revoked license during a traffic stop at 1:25 p.m. on South Potomac Street, Waynesboro Police said. 

Oct. 25: Sarah L. Calimer, Waynesboro, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, drug paraphernalia and a small amount of marijuana after a warrant was served at 1:05 p.m. on Hamilton Avenue, Waynesboro Police said. 

Oct. 26: Britton Alan Talhelm, Greencastle, was charged with possession of a controlled substance after police made contact with him at 12:40 a.m. on South Potomac Street, Waynesboro Police said. 

Oct. 27: Wade Soloman Mohn, Waynesboro, was charged with loitering and prowling at night, theft by unlawful taking and driving on a suspended/revoked license following a traffic stop at 10:47 p.m. on Hamilton Avenue, Waynesboro Police said. 

Oct. 31: Taylor Davidson LaMance, Waynesboro, was charged with loitering and prowling at night and criminal trespass after an incident at 9:11 p.m. on Harrison Avenue, Waynesboro Police said. 

Nov. 1: Casey Taylor Woodring, Fayetteville, was charged with possession of a small amount of marijuana and paraphernalia following a traffic stop at 11:30 p.m. on East Second Street, Waynesboro Police said. 

Nov. 2: Yuriy Slyunchenko, Waynesboro, was charged with DUI following a traffic stop at 1:48 a.m. on East Main Street, Waynesboro Police said. 

Nov. 6: Jordan Lee Harding, Waynesboro, was charged with theft by unlawful taking and possession of a small amount of marijuana after money was reported stolen at 11:43 a.m. on East Main Street, Waynesboro Police said, 

Nov. 7: Steven Nicholas Baugher, Waynesboro, was charged with aggravated assault, simple assault and strangulation after a domestic incident was reported at 7:20 a.m. on North Franklin Street, Waynesboro Police said. 

Nov. 7: Sean Richard Hurley was charged with possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia after an incident at 11 a.m. on Hawbaker Avenue, Waynesboro Police said. 

Nov. 10: Timothy Jude Danner Jr., Waynesboro, was charged with possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, and other charges, following a traffic stop at 9:07 p.m. on Snider Avenue, Waynesboro Police said. 

Nov. 10: Robert Allen Cosey, Waynesboro, was charged with DUI and accidents involving damage to unattended vehicle or property after a hit-and-run was reported at 11:59 p.m. on Snider Avenue, Waynesboro Police said. 

Nov. 18: Mark Allan Brown, Waynesboro, was charged with simple assault after a domestic incident was reported at 3:12 a.m. on Fairview Avenue, Waynesboro Police said. 

Nov. 21: Cody Forrest Hayes, Waynesboro, was charged with aggravated assault, strangulation, simple assault, unlawful restraint and terroristic threats after a domestic incident was reported at 6:20 p.m. on Mount Airy Avenue, Waynesboro Police said. 

Nov. 24: Shalynn Denise Hippensteel, Waynesboro, was charged with DUI of alcohol or a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia following a traffic stop at 9 p.m. on East Main Street, Waynesboro Police said.
