Chambersburg woman in 'critical condition' after car crash, police say

CHAMBERSBURG - A Chambersburg woman was injured during a crash Wednesday afternoon, Chambersburg Police said. 

Authorities responded to the incident at about 4:35 p.m. on Kennebec Drive, during which time they found a driver, identified as Joan Singer, 65, injured outside the car.

Singer was taken to Chambersburg Hospital for treatment. She was later flown to Hershey Medical Center, where police said she is in critical condition. 

The incident is currently under investigation.
