Police said the girl told authorities during an interview in November that when she was less than 6 years old, she was sexually assaulted by Juray while the two were inside a home in St. Thomas.

She said Juray touched her chest and genitals even though she told him to stop multiple times, documents state. Afterward, he told the girl if she told anyone he would do it again, which made her fear he would harm her, police said.

Court documents did not show when the incident occurred.

A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Tuesday, Dec. 4 at 1 p.m. in Franklin County Central Court.
