Beachscapes, a luxury condo and store complex, breaks ground in downtown Pewaukee
The latest in luxury condos will soon become available in Pewaukee with the Nov. 27 groundbreaking of Beachscapes at 145 W. Wisconsin Ave.
According to a news release, the "ultra-luxury" condominium project in downtown Pewaukee will feature five exclusive two-story residential condominiums. Condo prices start at $1.15 million each.
The three-story project will total 25,000 square feet, with each condominium ranging from 3,000 to 4,000 square feet. The condos each will have terraces with an expansive view of Pewaukee Lake.
Amenities also include private elevators for each unit, private attached garages and a finish allowance package at nearly $235,000 per unit.
The finish allowance will allow buyers to design and build out their condominiums and will be done by contractors Bartelt Remodeling in Delafield.
The ground-floor retail will have space for up to three new business storefronts.
Developer Joe Grasch told Lake Country Now in October that he would avoid full-service restaurants for the space, but is interested in other hospitality businesses that serve food.
The development will have 28 parking lot spaces.
The project received approval from the village board on Oct. 16. A $206,000 tax increment financial district has also been granted with the development.
