SOUTH FORT MYERS — Zuckerman Homes’ Venetian Pointe community of custom estate villas is holding a two-day Open House that begins on Friday, Nov. 30, and ends on Saturday, Dec. 1.

The Open House will take place from 1 to 4 p.m. and will include the tour of six homes including four furnished models and several unfurnished inventory homes.

"Five inventory homes are ready for immediate purchase at Venetian Pointe,” said Andrew Zuckerman, president of Zuckerman Homes. “Moving into a new home at Venetian Pointe would be a great way to start a brand new year.”

The homes represent a mix of the community’s floor plans, an array of elevations, and many upgrades including, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, spa-inspired master baths with his and her sinks to name a few.

“There’s also a variety of views,” said Zuckerman. “We truly have a home for every lifestyle.”

While at Venetian Pointe, ask about taking a tour of the community’s just completed main amenity area.

The Venetian Club offers a fitness center, resort-style pool, and outdoor patio.

"Designed to be one of the centerpieces of the community, the Venetian Club was positioned so it’s within walking distance of every home in Venetian Pointe,” said Zuckerman. “It truly is a fun, friendly, vibrant place to hang out and to enjoy the great lifestyle Southwest Florida is known for.”

Venetian Pointe residents will also have sidewalk paths that wind throughout and around the community.

Situated on 50 acres, Venetian Pointe by Zuckerman Homes is a community of only 100 well-appointed custom estate villas. Four furnished models are open daily and five inventory homes are available for immediate purchase. Prices start in the upper $200s.

In addition to the amenities, open floor plans, furnished models and pricing, there are four other reasons buyers have been deciding to purchase at Venetian Pointe.

The first is there are no CDD (Community Development District) fees. Second, the HOA fees are low. Third, due to the elevation of the community, flood insurance is not required. Fourth, the community has natural gas for cooktops, water and pool heaters, dryers, and outdoor grills.

At Venetian Pointe, buyers have a choice of five fully customizable one- and two-story floor plans. The homes range in size from 1,500 to 3,000 square feet, with volume ceilings providing an even more open and spacious feel.

All homes also offer a backyard and a Florida Room, as well as a two-car garage with separate area for a workstation, studio or extra storage.

While each floor plan at Venetian Pointe is carefully designed to encompass what homebuyers are looking for today, Zuckerman offers the opportunity to customize each home to the buyer’s specifications.

“We believe that every home we build should be as unique as our homeowners,” Zuckerman said. “That’s why our design process allows buyers to create and customize their home with finishing touches, to make it a reflection of themselves.”

Adding to the appeal of the homes at Venetian Pointe is the beauty of the neighborhood itself. Zuckerman Homes is a strong believer in preserving natural elements and minimizing its impact on the environment. Within the 50 acres of Venetian Pointe, Zuckerman Homes set aside over one-third of the property for natural preserves and lakes.
