About 40 employees of Levy Restaurants and the Milwaukee Bucks made Thanksgiving dinner for all the Milwaukee fire stations. They are from Engine Co. 36 at N. 27th St. and W. Capitol Dr.

The Milwaukee Bucks prepared Thanksgiving dinner Thursday for Milwaukee firehouse locations across the city.

The meals were prepared at the Fiserv Forum kitchen and distributed by Bucks President Peter Feigin and other team officials.

"We talked with the fire department about this a few months ago and decided that it was something that we wanted to do," Feigin said.

"We have the means to cook a large number of meals, so why not do it?"

The meals were targeted for 31 firehouse stations and will feed 211 firefighters on duty Thursday, the Bucks said.

Each station sent a truck to the arena to pick up their meal: "A turkey dinner with all of the fixings," Feigin said.

The meals were prepared by Fiserv Forum Senior Executive Chef Kenneth Hardiman and his staff.
