Fire at Golf N' Stuff in Ventura being investigated as possible arson

A fire reported at a miniature golf course in Ventura on Tuesday night was being investigated as possible arson, officials said.

The fire was reported at 9:50 p.m. at Golf-N-Stuff, 5555 Walker St.

Crews on the scene said the fire was burning near one of the props at the miniature golf course. Crews said it measured 10 feet by 20 feet.

An ambulance was called to the scene to treat an employee for smoke inhalation, according to authorities.

The fire was reported knocked down at 10:18 p.m. with no other structures damaged.

Officials said the Ventura fire and police departments were investigating the incident as potential arson.
