Justin Bieber makes peace with Aaron Carter after Twitter diss: 'All love over here'

Justin Bieber is taking the high road after Aaron Carter took a shot at him on Twitter.

The beef started simmering Tuesday, when Carter, 30, went off on an expletive-filled tirade for more than two hours, tweeting almost every minute about personal and professional missteps, as well as a possible proposal to girlfriend Lina Valentina.

When someone asked about Bieber, another ex-teen idol, and why Carter never achieved the same success, the "I Want Candy" singer said the former never gave him due respect.

"Listen man. I can’t sit here & just not say anything to that, I’ve been in this industry before he was born," Carter wrote. "I’ve had harder times and always bounce back. No I’m not Justin Bieber I’m Aaron Carter. I’m also in construction I paved the way. These kids have NEVER paid me homage."

He continued: "Why don’t you try losing everything and having the professional world turn their backs on you including your fans, gain their respect back and then never give up on yourself and get back at me. Maybe I’ll have some advice for you."

Rather than take a jab at the former pop star, Bieber, 24, responded Wednesday with a message of love and admiration for Carter, saying that he's a longtime fan of his music.

"Aaron carter i had your album when I was little," Bieber wrote. "And bumped the song Aaron’s party. I was like 7. if you need a hype man I got you."

Bieber's sentiment was apparently enough for Carter, who tweeted back, "I appreciate your support means a lot. Nothing but love bro."

"All love over here Aaron," Bieber replied. "You got my support."

Bieber has been in the news frequently this fall after dropping multiple hints that his fiancé, model Hailey Baldwin, and he are now married. He also settled a lawsuit with an ex-neighbor, whose house he egged in 2013, and was revealed to be a perfectly normal burrito eater, after an elaborate hoax convinced the internet otherwise.
