STOCKBRIDGE - Services will be Wednesday for a Stockbridge High School student who died last week in a weather-related crash in Jackson County.

Hannah L. Glair

Hannah Glair, 17, of Munith, was driving east on Territorial Road, west of Bunkerhill Road, in Henrietta Township about 10:45 p.m. Thursday when her sedan left the road and hit a large tree, the Jackson County Sheriff's Office said.

The crash remains under investigation, but icy road conditions were a factor, police said.

Hannah loved horses and was a member of the varsity equestrian team during her first two years in high school, according to a published obituary. She was a member of the yearbook staff at Stockbridge High and hoped to one day start a horse rescue operation, according to the obituary.

Hannah also was president of the Happy Hustlers 4-H Club and showed lambs for 10 years. She played guitar and keyboards and belonged to Crossroads Community Church.

Visitation will be 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. and 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the church.

A funeral is set for 11 a.m. Wednesday in the Stockbridge High School gym.

Memorial contributions can be made to Farmer's State Bank or Reins for Rescue, the family said.
