Nebraska’s corn harvest at 88 percent

One of the longest harvest seasons in Nebraska, in recent memory, may finally be coming to an end.

As of Sunday, 88 percent of the corn crop was harvested compared to the five-year average of 93 percent.

Only three percent of soybeans remained to be harvested. Sorghum harvest was 91 percent complete.

Winter wheat condition rated 70 percent good to excellent.
