Emergency bridge deck repairs close I-20 lane in Greenwood

The left lane of I-20 westbound over the M.P. Railroad tracks in Greenwood is closed effective immediately for emergency bridge deck repairs.

This lane closure will be in effect until further notice while crews complete these repairs, according to the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development. 

This bridge is located 2.35 miles west of LA 526.

Motorists are advised that congestion may occur as a result of this lane closure, as this area is part of an ongoing construction project on I-20. Please be aware of conditions, and drive with additional caution
