Chambersburg area

Oct. 16-Nov. 10: Someone stole $800 from a metal lockbox at a home on Sardonyx Drive, Hamilton Township, according to Pennsylvania State Police. 

Nov. 2: A 17-year-old Chambersburg boy was uninjured after he attempted to spin his truck tires while turning right onto Loop Road from Tallow Hill Road at about 7:54 a.m., lost control, and eventually rolled into the Conococheague Creek, according to Pennsylvania State Police. 

Nov 4: Two unidentified females stole $573.55 in merchandise from Victoria's Secret at the Chambersburg Mall at about 4:09 p.m., according to Pennsylvania State Police. 

Nov. 5-7: Several pieces of jewelry, valued at more than $4,500, and $50 in cash were stolen from a jewelry box at a home on Sycamore Grove Road, Greene Township, according to Pennsylvania State Police. 

Nov. 8: A Chambersburg man hit a woman in the head around 6 p.m. on Hidden Way, St. Thomas Township, according to Pennsylvania State Police. 

Nov. 8: A Chambersburg woman slashed the tires of a woman's vehicle following an argument, then got into a physical altercation with the vehicle's owner and two other people, at 8:03 p.m. on Sycamore Grove Road, Greene Township, according to Pennsylvania State Police. 

Nov. 12: A Chambersburg man was taken to Chambersburg Hospital with suspected minor injuries after a rear-end crash at 6:30 p.m. on Lincoln Way East at its intersection with Rocky Mountain Road, Greene Township, according to Pennsylvania State Police.

Fort Loudon area

Oct. 29: Someone used a Fort Loudon man's credit card to make a fraudulent online purchase of $587.34, according to Pennsylvania State Police. 

Nov. 9: Pennsylvania State Police are investigating a physical altercation that led to serious injury at 1:18 p.m. on Path Valley Road, Metal Township. 

Greencastle area

Nov. 1: A 14-year-old Greencastle boy assaulted a 15-year-old Waynesboro boy at about 4 p.m. at State Line Ruritan Park, Antrim Township, according to Pennsylvania State Police. 

Nov. 7: A Waynesboro man was taken to Meritus Medical Center, Hagerstown, Md. with suspected serious injuries after he was struck by a car while walking his dog on Ridge Road, Antrim Township, according to Pennsylvania State Police. The driver did not stop. 

Mercersburg area

Nov. 10: Several houses and vehicles were egged on Main Street, Peters Township, and Cool Hollow Road in Montgomery Township, according to Pennsylvania State Police.

Mont Alto area

June 1-Nov. 10: A Remington 870 20-guage pump shotgun from a home on New Baltimore Road, Guilford Township, according to Pennsylvania State Police.

Shippensburg area

Oct. 11-Nov. 11: Someone entered a vacant property on Cumberland Highway, Lurgan Township, and stole multiple items, valued at about $5,110, according to Pennsylvania State Police. The items stolen included air conditioning units, a washing machine and dryer, a heat pump and copper pipe. 

Oct. 27: A Maryland woman forged a Chambersburg woman's signature and cashed an unauthorized check for $1,783, according to Pennsylvania State Police. 

Nov. 4: Tyler Stine, 21, Biglerville was charged with two counts of harassment after he struck two people during an altercation at a party in the 10000 Paxton Run Road, Lurgan Township, according to Pennsylvania State Police. 

Waynesboro area

Oct. 18: A Waynesboro man was taken to a hospital after crashing a car into a mobile home near the intersection of Buchanan Trail East and Charmian Road, according to Pennsylvania State Police.
