Wisconsin 4-H license plates available
Wisconsin drivers can now help the 4-H Foundation when licensing their vehicles. Joanne Wolan tells Brownfield people who get the new 4-H Wisconsin license plates will pay an additional twenty-five dollars. “Half of that twenty-five dollars would go to the county where the plate was purchased and then the other half will stay here at the Wisconsin 4-H Foundation to fund statewide projects and students.”
The twenty-five dollar annual donation is tax deductible.
The 4-H license plates can be used on cars, trucks, motor homes, farm trucks, and dual-purpose vehicles, and can be personalized for an additional fee.
The Wisconsin 4-H plates went on sale in September. Similar license plates are raising money for 4-H Foundations in other states including Indiana, Iowa, Illinois, and Nebraska.
More information is available through the Wisconsin 4-H Foundation website.
