There's braising to be done. Stuffing, roasting and trimming, too.

Not to mention all the baking, chopping and stirring.

If you already have a Thanksgiving dinner headache just thinking about it, several chefs in Southwest Florida have come to the rescue.

On Nov. 22, restaurants in Collier and Lee counties will offer Thanksgiving meals, specials and buffets. Some are more traditional — think turkey and stuffing and pumpkin pie — while others will give fresh, new takes: jerk turkeys, Key lime Gulf grouper and butternut squash ravioli.

Here's where to get your Thanksgiving Day fix in Southwest Florida:

On Thanksgiving, Bahama Breeze in Fort Myers will offer the traditional meals with an island twist, including jerk turkey and pork.
