Clive Daniel Home furnishes Ashton Woods' Pontevedra III at Fiddler’s Creek

Clive Daniel Home installed interior furnishings for Ashton Woods’ Pontevedra III home on Lot 19A at 3232 Tavolara Lane in the Marsh Cove neighborhood of Fiddler’s Creek in Naples. Priced at $1,219,990, the home will include a furnishings package from Clive Daniel Home.

Allied ASID Designers Jean Losier and Christina Rosolia of Clive Daniel Home collaborated with the Ashton Woods design team to create interiors for the 3,596-square-foot, four-bedroom, 3.5-bath home with a den and a three-car garage.

Adds Losier, "The Pontevedra III interiors showcase a Shabby Chic coastal style, featuring natural linen fabrics, gray woods and distressed finishes, plus white washes and metals. Pops of rich watery blue depict the coastal elements we are bringing into the home. Furnishings are transitional lines combined with comfort to enhance the large, wonderful spaces in this home."

The Pontevedra floor plan features open-concept living with architectural details. This home showcases crown molding throughout and maintenance-free tile flooring in a wood-grain look. A large pocket glass slider was installed in the dining and great room to expand the interior living space and take in the views of the oversized, private backyard.
