Also Ben resorts to a No True Scotsman fallacy when he states “but the reality is that they never knew Christ and were never really a Christian.”
Then Ben sets up a straw man when he states, “Bruce refused to answer WHY he “chose” to reject all of what he had once believed.” If one question has been answered in this blog it’s that one.
There is an Association fallacy “Atheists like Bruce have no standard of truth..” IE All atheists are liars, therefore Bruce is a liar.
There is Circular Argument fallacy: “The Christian holds to a Biblical worldview and argues from a presupposition that the Bible is in fact God’s Word, and what it says is TRUTH!”
There are several appeals to authority. So basically this guy hit all the major Christian fallacies in his polemic against you. I wish once they would come up with something new.
