Indianapolis, Atlanta on the short list to host future FFA conventions

The 91st National FFA Convention is in Indianapolis this week and the organization is looking into which city will host the event in the future.

National FFA CEO Mark Poeschl says a short list of potential host cities for 2025-2031 has been narrowed to Indianapolis and Atlanta.

“We’ve spent a good part of time during 2018 going through and identifying cities that could be candidates and sending out request for proposals,” he says. “We have narrowed it down now and we made visits to both Indianapolis and Atlanta as potential host cities.”

Poeschl tells Brownfield negotiations will begin in November and the organization will make an announcement in late December.

The convention is in Indianapolis through 2024.
