Lotus Construction selects Clive Daniel Home for cottages in Old Naples

Clive Daniel Home has been selected by Lotus Construction LLC to provide interior furnishings for two custom homes in Old Naples.

The two luxury single-family residences are nestled along Park Street and close to the Fifth Avenue South Shopping and Dining District, the tennis facilities of Cambier Park and the beaches of Naples.

Known as the Cottages Off Fifth, the homes were designed by MHK Architecture & Planning with construction by Lotus Construction and appointed by Clive Daniel Home (CDH) and Calusa Bay Designs. CDH interior designers Rebekah Errett-Pikosky and Charlie Hansen are providing total interior design and furnishings for the two custom homes. Installation of furnishings is expected this month and November.

Located at 760 Park St., the first home is priced at $4.576 million to include a CDH furnishings package. The 3,475-square-foot custom home showcases three bedrooms, a den plus a second-floor loft. The home offers a great room plan, ground floor master suite configuration and outdoor living space complete with a private pool and spa, custom designed wet wall feature, outdoor wood burning fireplace, western exposure and lake view.

Construction features include Andersen impact windows, Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances, direct natural gas feed, custom Ruffino cabinetry, energy efficient spray-insulation, automated patio screens and MERV filtration, electric car capable garages.

The second home is at 770 Park St. Priced at $4.476 million, this four-bedroom plus loft home offers a great room plan with a ground floor master suite configuration and outdoor living space complete with a private pool and spa, custom designed wet wall feature, fire pit, western exposure and lake view. Featuring coastal cottage design elements, this home will offer the finest in interior and exterior appointments.

Construction features include CBS construction for the first and second floors, Andersen impact windows, Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances, custom Ruffino cabinetry, energy efficient spray-insulation, pre-wiring for custom shades, audio and security cameras, electric vehicle charger outlet in garage, natural gas feed, automated patio screens and MERV filtration. 

Added designer Errett-Pikosky, "The coastal style furnishings in both homes will feature include features of a coastal vibe. In the 770 model, we did very light neutral colors and textures throughout the home with pops of rich navy blue and aqua accents. Polished chrome lighting fixtures and organic streamline finishes complete this home, giving it a relaxed, yet refined look."
