12-year-old Milwaukee boy accidentally shot by a 10-year-old; 2 adults are in custody

A 12-year-old boy was wounded Thursday when he was accidentally shot by a 10-year-old girl inside a home on Milwaukee's north side, police said.

The boy was taken to a hospital after suffering a graze wound about 8:30 a.m. in the 3600 block of North 11th Street, according to a news release.

Two adults were arrested in connection with the incident and the boy's family has been uncooperative, according to police, who said the case will be presented to the Milwaukee County district attorney's office.
