'How did Michigan State do this?' Felton Davis III nabs game-winning TD to beat Penn State
In the words of Keith Jackson, "Holy Mackeral."
Michigan State looked out of its depth for much of the game vs. No. 8 Penn State on Saturday, despite the Spartans keeping the score close.
On a fourth-and-10 play with 1:46 to go and three timeouts remaining, Mark Dantonio decided to put the trust in his defense.
And it worked.
The Spartans got the three-and-out, saved a timeout in the process, and Brian Lewerke - who nearly threw an interception early in the drive - hit Felton Davis III down the left sideline for the game-winning 25-yard TD with 19 seconds left in the game.
Let's see how Michigan State fans reacted.
