Soybean tariffs result in trade innovations

Trade disruptions have been expensive for soybean growers, although there has been relief from the USDA’s Market Facilitation Program payments of $1.65 a bushel on 50 percent of a grower’s production. The tariff dispute with China has resulted in the U.S. landing some foreign soybean markets that might not have otherwise been landed. Missouri Soybean CEO Gary Wheeler joins us on the Soybean Spotlight Podcast to talk about trade and plans for the Missouri Soybean Association’s new home.
