Road closures slated for 10th Street through January

Beginning this week and going through mid -January 2019, sections of the eastbound and westbound traffic lanes on 10th Street from North Scenic Drive to Paiute Trail will be closed to through traffic due to construction.

The lane shift work zone will progress and follow the construction activities. Between one and three blocks will be affected at a time.

Businesses and residents in the project area will have access to their property during the road construction. All traffic will be detoured via Abbott Avenue. Alternate routes through the area should be sought if possible.

Residents on 10th Street living within the construction work zone will be notified by the contractor on a daily basis so that they can make any necessary accommodations.
