Screaming Tuna to open second sushi restaurant at Mequon Public Market

Milwaukee Journal Sentinel
Screaming Tuna, owned by Jeff Bronstad and Cristian Vega, is opening a second restaurant at Mequon Public Market.

Screaming Tuna will open a location at Mequon Public Market, becoming the latest restaurant announcement at that development.

The sushi and Asian bistro's owners, Cristian Vega and Jeff Bronstad, had looked at Mequon in the past for a possible second location.

But they didn't find a space "that fit the style of Screaming Tuna" until the public market, part of the mixed-use Spur 16 development, was created, Vega said in a statement released Wednesday by Shaffer Development LLC.

The market, 6300 W. Mequon Road, will open by March. It will have around 10 vendors.
