Officers responded to a domestic dispute at about 11 a.m. on Saturday, Sept. 29 on School House Road and spoke with a woman who they said was shaking and crying. The woman told authorities Dietrich had physically blocked her as she tried to leave the house multiple times during an argument between the two, documents show. Police said she then grabbed a bag she had already packed and ran toward the back patio door, but Dietrich blocked her again and shoved her into some furniture, injuring her.

The woman was eventually able to get up, run out the front door and flee in a car where she called her mother and told her about the incident, according to documents. Her mother then called emergency services.

Dietrich was arraigned and taken to the Franklin County Jail unable to post $75,000 bail.

A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Oct. 9.
