 Morrison & Foerster Articles Dentons has delayed voting its proposed merger with US outfit McKenna Long & Aldridge, blaming a lag in the due diligence process. The news comes as Dentons' former chief executive Howard Morris has resurfaced at Morrison & Foerster's London office
