Woman injured in domestic stabbing in south Lansing, police say

A Lansing woman was taken to the hospital after she was injured in an apparent stabbing, police said.

A woman was taken to the hospital with apparent stab wounds Tuesday morning, Lansing police said.

Police were called to the 1300 block of Warwick Drive in south Lansing at 9:17 a.m. for a possible stabbing, said Robert Merritt, public information director for Lansing Police Department. 

A woman was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. A man was found in the house, but no arrests had been made as of 10:30 a.m. Tuesday.  

Police think the stabbing occurred during a domestic situation. The investigation is ongoing.

Warwick Drive near the intersection of Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard and West Holmes Road.
