Draymond Green's mom calls out ESPN's Smith

Mary Babers, mother of Warriors star Draymond Green, has never shied away from voicing her opinion on social media, and she's not afraid to be critical of Golden State.

Draymond tried to keep his mom, who has " no chill," off Twitter entirely back in 2015. During last year's Finals, Babers famously accused the referees of being paid off, and she clapped back at Charles Barkley earlier this year.

Like any Warriors fan, Draymond's mom wasn't happy with the team's performance in Game 2 of the Western Conference Finals. Babers criticized last year's Finals MVP Kevin Durant, in particular, for relying on iso ball.

Some interpreted Babers' commentary as an attack on Durant, and ESPN's Stephen A. Smith proposed the theory Friday that Babers wasn't thinking for herself, but instead sharing an opinion of her son's.

"When a mom says something, whether it's true or not, the belief is going to be that it came from a child. Which ultimately means that there are going to be people out there who believe that [it was] something that Draymond Green must have said to his mom. I don't know. I wouldn't even think to ask."

Babers responded to Smith's segment on Twitter, and squashed the idea that she's "against KD."
