Goodfellow Air Force Base is conducting an active shooter exercise Dec. 13, according to a base news release.
People may hear the "giant voice" on the loudspeaker used to announce safety conditions to the base and should not be alarmed, the release states.
Delays at the gates can be expected during the exercise.
