LANSING - Police have released video images of a suspect in a reported bank robbery Wednesday on Lansing's south side.

This image was captured during an attempted robbery Wednesday, March 21, 2018 at the PNC Bank office on South Cedar Street in Lansing.

A masked man entered the PNC Bank office on South Cedar Street, near East Edgewood Boulevard, about 10:30 a.m. and demanded money from an employee, Lansing police said.

The man didn't specifically mention a weapon but indicated he had "something," Lansing Police Public Information Director Robert Merritt said in a news release.

It was unclear if the robbery attempt netted any money for the suspect, Merritt said.
