Police investigating tire-slashing incident in Charlotte

CHARLOTTE - Police are seeking tips about a tire-slashing incident Friday night or Saturday morning in Charlotte.

Vandals slashed tires on about 15 vehicles in Charlotte overnight Friday.

Vandals cut tires on about 15 vehicles along North Clinton Street, Charlotte police Sgt. Paul Brentar said. In some cases, multiple tires were slashed on the same vehicle, he said.

Police had no suspects.

Anyone with information is asked to call Charlotte police at 543-1552.
