Watch: Philadelphia cops celebrate Eagles' Super Bowl by dancing with crowd

Eastern Regional High School senior Kiro Mankarious watched as his tweet went viral.

"It was getting one retweet a minute," the 17-year-old told Billy Penn, "and then a couple and then tens and then more."

The video tweet shows a pair of white police officers dancing with a mostly black crowd during the parade honoring the Philadelphia Eagles' Super Bowl championship.

It has been retweeted more than 17,000 times and viewed more than 1.73 million times.
