Obituary remembers man struck and killed by vehicle in New Oxford

A man who died after being hit by a car in Adams County is remembered for his love of hunting a fishing, according to his obituary.

Glen S. Doyle, Sr., 80, died on Feb 10 after being struck by a vehicle on Feb. 5 near Center Square in New Oxford.

His wife of 30 years, Daisy Doyle, was also struck and injured in the crash.

Doyle was a machine operator at the James River Company in Chambersburg for more than 35 years and is survived by five sons and several grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held Saturday in Chambersburg.
