Watch: Chuck Pagano delivers oddest rant of NFL season

Andrew Joseph

Chuck Pagano held his weekly press conference on Monday, and a lot happened. Just almost none of it made sense.

After Pagano was asked if the Colts' season was starting to feel like Groundhog Day - a 1993 Bill Murray movie where a meteorologist lives the same day over and over again - Pagano identified with that 24-year-old movie more than anybody could have anticipated.

Pagano answered at first, basically stunning many in the room who hadn't seen the movie and had no idea what he was talking about:

"Yeah, that song. Played and woke up to that this morning. That Sonny and Cher … 'I got you babe. I got you babe.' Yeah, went down and got my coffee, said hello to the what's-her-name - the gal at the coffee shop. Stole the money out the back of the truck, drove my truck off, into the tar pit or whatever. Off the landfill. Jumped off a building, lived through it. Did you see the movie? You ever see the movie 'Groundhog Day?' What do you guys do? You spend so much time on Twitter, you're not enjoying the better things in life. Bill Murray! C'mon! I jumped off the roof at my home this morning. It's not going away."

I can just imagine the blank stares. He knew way too much about that movie - an unbelievable amount. He's also 3-8 and entering Week 13. Pagano is at this point:

Just don't get him started about the weather either.
