Man in critical condition after stabbing in Lansing; woman in custody

LANSING - A 49-year-old man is in critical but stable condition at a local hospital after being stabbed overnight.

Lansing police responded to a report of a stabbing at around 9:50 p.m. Friday on the 100 block of South Clemens Avenue, and found the man.

Police took a woman into custody in connection with the incident. Her age and residence were not released.

Lansing police said the suspect and the victim knew each other.

No other information was released.
