LANSING - A Lansing man police believe was involved in a shooting earlier this week was arraigned Wednesday on two felony charges.

Keon-Tavin McCoy, 26, is facing two felony weapons charges in connection with a shooting proceeded by an argument at a house party, according to Lansing Police Public Information Director Robert Merritt.

Bond was set at $50,000 cash or surety by Judge Frank DeLuca in 54A District Court on Wednesday. A probable cause conference is set for July 27.

Police responded to a shooting in the 800 block of Baker Street between Cedar Street and Pennsylvania Avenue shortly after 12:30 a.m. Tuesday. Police believe McCoy and another man got into an argument at a house party prior to the shooting. McCoy was found two blocks from the scene with a gunshot wound to his leg.
