The York-Lancaster-Harrisburg area will be one of the stops on AOL co-founder Steve Case's upcoming "Rise of the Rest" tour.. The stop will include meetings with local business leaders and a pitch competition where area startup owners will vie for the chance to win a $100,000 investment from Case's venture capital firm.
