Two pairs of Nike Air Jordan basketball shoes were taken at gunpoint during an armed robbery in West York, police said.

An arrest warrant for Justin Fetrow, 17, of the 1000 block of North George Street, York, charges him as an adult for the following crimes: robbery, theft and receiving stolen property.

Police have not named a second individual sought in the robbery.

About 6:37 p.m. on April 24, West York Borough Police were sent to the 1200 block of West Market Street, for an armed robbery that had just occurred there, according to the warrant.

Once there, police spoke with the victim, who told them that earlier that day, he had made arrangements to meet someone, later identified as Fetrow, to sell a pair of Nike Air Jordan Retro Laser 4s, worth $175 and a pair of Nike Air Jordan Retro 14 Laney SZs, worth $160, according to the warrant.

The victim told police that after initially meeting Fetrow in the 1200 block of West Market Street, Fetrow wanted to make the purchase somewhere else. The victim then followed him to Clark Alley, north of the first location, the warrant states.

But, when the victim tried to make the sale, another male, who he didn't recognize, walked up to him, brandished a silver revolver and threatened him, according to the warrant.

After the male with the handgun left — along with the shoes — Fetrow took off running with the suspect, telling the victim he was going to get his shoes back.

However, during the robbery, Fetrow never appeared scared. The victim last saw the pair running north on North Pearl Street, according to the warrant.

Through their investigation, police developed Fetrow as a suspect. The victim met with police and picked Fetrow out of a line-up, identifying him as one of the people involved in the alleged robbery.
