Ernie Johnson throws ruthless burn at Barkley

Don't mess with Ernie Johnson.

During Wednesday's Inside the NBA, Johnson pointed out that Game 5 was the first time in Wizards playoff history that they had more blocks than turnovers. It was a cool stat, but Barkley knew that Johnson didn't come up with it himself. The Turner crew has stat researchers for that.

Barkley thought he'd call Johnson out for it. Bad idea, Charles.

The exchange unfolded like this:

Barkley: Wow, that's a good stat … That's some good nuggets. Good thing somebody told you them.

Johnson: That's not the first time you've said 'those are some good nuggets' either. I guarantee you that.

Barkley: Wow.

Barkley was stunned. He didn't see that one coming at all.
