Springettsbury pedestrian struck by vehicle, in critical condition

A man suffered life-threatening injuries after being struck by a vehicle Sunday in Springettsbury Township, according to police.

Springettsbury Township Police were called for a report of a pedestrian struck at 7:13 p.m. in the 3100 block of Druck Valley Road, according to a police news release. They found that a 37-year-old man had been hit by a vehicle, and he was transported to the hospital for life-threatening injuries, according to police.

The driver of the vehicle remained on the scene and was cooperating with the investigation, according to the news release.

The investigation is ongoing.
