Julie Knutson receives Platinum Service Award

CAMARILLO — Julie Knutson of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Realty in Camarillo has received the Quality Service Certified Platinum award for 2016, the ninth time she has received the award in the past 10 years.

The designation is the highest level of service achievement in the real estate industry and is in recognition of earning 100-percent client service satisfaction as measured by Leading Research Corporation.

After the conclusion of each real estate transaction, clients of QSC receive a survey asking them to rate the agent on various aspects of the service process. Tina Hare earns top spot for Century 21

SIMI VALLEY — Century 21 Troop Real Estate has named Tina Hare the No. 1-producing agent in the company for 2016.

She also has earned, through outstanding production, the 2016 Century 21 Global 21 Award. Hare placed No. 2 on the national ranking and No. 4 on the Global 21 ranking, out of 110,000 agents globally.

Hare has more than 25 years of experience and last year helped 98 families purchase or sell homes in Ventura County, working primarily from Camarillo to Calabasas to Simi Valley. She specializes in Moorpark, where she has been the No. 1 agent for more than 13 years, according to Multiple Listing Service data.
