Berkshire Hathaway welcomes Schefrin Team

THOUSAND OAKS — The Schefrin Team, the real estate duo of Sharan and Dean Schefrin, has joined Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Realty.

The pair said they decided to join because the firm shares their commitment to integrity, honesty, loyalty, service and professionalism.

Sharan Schefrin brings a decade’s worth of platinum-level service to home buyers and sellers. Dean Schefrin, a sports fan and formerly The Sports Guy on "The Kevin & Bean Show" on KROQ, found searching for homes and evaluating home values to be as much fun as playing fantasy football so he followed his wife into the real estate.

Sharan Schefrin was raised in England and received a Hons BA at Buckingham University. Dean Schefrin grew up in Milwaukee and attended the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania and UCLA School of Law. The Conejo Valley has been their home for many years and it’s where they focus their real estate efforts.

The Schefrins focus their business on being service oriented, respecting clients’ time and finances, and negotiating the best price possible. Buying or selling a home can be stressful, but they strive to make this process easier for clients.
