Feb. 21

10:51 a.m. Disturbance involving a disorderly female subject was reported in the first block of Centennial Avenue.

1:01 p.m. Criminal trespass was reported at a business in the 100 block of Factory Street where several subjects loitering on private property were located and warned.

1:45 p.m.  Disturbance involving disorderly juveniles riding skateboards on the roadway was reported in the 200 block of Locust Street.

4:42 p.m. Fraud was reported at a business in the 400 block of Eisenhower Drive involving a female subject using fraudulent coupons.

6:32 p.m. Malinda Brant, 37, and Kevin White, 38, both of Hanover, were cited for harassment following a domestic altercation reported in the first block of Eichelberger Street.

7:12 p.m. Disturbance involving a fight occurring between several juveniles was reported in the 200 block of Poplar Street.

8:42 p.m. Fraud involving the unauthorized use of a debit card was reported in the 100 block of Carlisle Street. Investigation continues.

9:52 p.m. Billy Norris, 44, of Hanover, was arrested and charged with simple assault and harassment following a domestic altercation reported in the first block of Baltimore Street. He was turned over to the York County Sheriff's Department for further disposition.

10:29 p.m. Disturbance involving a neighbor dispute was reported in the 300 block of Centennial Avenue.

Feb. 22

3:20 a.m. Harassment charges are pending against a 23-year-old woman and 24-year-old man, both of Hanover, following a domestic altercation reported in the 200 block of Locust Street.

8:32 a.m. Disorderly conduct charges are pending against a 15-year-old and 16-year-old, both of Hanover, following a disturbance reported in the 400 block of Moul Avenue.

1:27 p.m. Minor injury was reported and towing was not required following a crash in the 1100 block of Carlisle Street. A 2001 Dodge Ram operated by Henry Parlette, of Littlestown, struck Mathias Engels, of Gettysburg.

2:22 p.m. Criminal mischief was reported where a window was broken in a vehicle parked in the 600 block of Carlisle Street.

2:23 p.m. James Winand, 53, of Hanover, was arrested for an outstanding warrant in the 300 block of North Franklin Street. He was turned over to a constable for further disposition.

4:44 p.m. Domestic argument between a mother and a daughter was reported in the 300 block of Stock Street.

Feb. 23

12:49 a.m. DUI and a drug related charge for possession of drug paraphernalia is pending against a 30-year-old man, of Dover, following a traffic stop in the first block of Frederick Street.

1:15 a.m. Brenton Garcia, 30, of Dover, was arrested for outstanding warrants following a traffic stop in the first block of Frederick Street. He was turned over to a constable for further disposition.

Feb. 20

10:07 a.m. Report of a two-vehicle crash in the first block of Wayne Avenue. No injuries were reported.

11:57 a.m. A 38-year-old man was arrested for warrants following a vehicle stop in the 1400 block of Baltimore Street.

12:24 p.m. Police checked the first block of Dubs Circle for a wanted person. The person was not located.

6:30 p.m. Complainant advised he is receiving suspicious mail in the first block of Historia Drive.

10:40 p.m. A 60-year-old male will be charged with stalking, harassment and a PFA violation following an incident in the first block of Red Cedar Lane.

Feb. 21

10:27 a.m. Report of a two-vehicle crash in the 800 block of Baltimore Street. No injuries were reported

2:22 p.m. A 60-year-old male arrested on outstanding warrants following a vehicle stop on Blooming Grove Road at Smith Station Road.

3:45 p.m. A 37-year-old male was arrested for warrants out of Maryland in first block of Wayne Avenue.

5 p.m. Complainant reported she was followed to her place of work following a road rage incident in the first block of Wilson Avenue. Subjects were gone before police arrival.

5:30 p.m. A 49-year-old male will be cited for harassment and disorderly conduct following a domestic incident in the first block of Wilson Avenue.

8:47 p.m. Suspicious complaint where someone returned home to find lights on in her house in the 100 block of Fair Avenue. All checked out OK.

9:38 p.m. Report of a two-vehicle crash on Grandview Road and Baltimore Street. No injuries were reported.

Feb. 22

10 a.m. Report of a verbal domestic between boyfriend and girlfriend in the first block of Wetzel Drive.

2:03 p.m. A 36-year-old man has endangering the welfare of children charges pending in the 700 block of Wilson Avenue.

2:12 p.m. Report of a landlord tenant issue in the 800 block of York Street.

2:45 p.m. Report of a possible internet fraud in the 200 block of Westminster Avenue.

4:33 p.m. A hit-and-run crash to a parked vehicle was reported in the 200 block of Stuart Avenue.

7:43 p.m. Assisted West Manheim Township Police Department with a domestic incident on Menlena Circle.

11:53 a.m. Burglar alarm in the first block of Yara Way.
