Carl Alaniz joins RE/MAX Gold Coast

CAMARILLO — RE/MAX Gold Coast recently welcomed Carl Alaniz to its Camarillo sales team.

Alaniz is a native Californian and has spent most of his life in Ventura County. Prior to real estate, he worked for companies such as TRW Space & Defense and the Gardena Police Department.

He has been a licensed broker working in commercial real estate for 24 years, helping his clients achieve their investment goals. He has focused on triple net passive income properties, so his clients would not have to take an active role in daily management issues. He has also been involved with corporate relocation, where companies either need to expand, downsize or relocate in or out-of-state. His specialties are commercial office and industrial (sales and leasing), investment properties (office, industrial and retail), 1031 tax-deferred exchanges and commercial real estate consulting.

Alaniz is the recipient of the RE/MAX Hall of Fame award, Multiple 100% Club Awards, RE/MAX Commercial Top 10 for California and Hawaii and First American Commercial Real Estate Association Broker.

He is a licensed real estate broker in California and licensed insurance agent (property and casualty, and health and life) in California and Texas.
