Meet the alpacas

Alpacas of York in East Manchester Township joined other alpaca farms nationwide this weekend in welcoming the general public to meet the animals and learn more about them.

Sheri Hunt Smith, who has operated Alpacas of York for 11 years, hosted her ninth annual National Alpaca Farm Days open house, which featured York County 4-H demonstrations, artisans and the opportunity to pet and feed the alpacas.
