It appears students and alumni from Michigan State University and the University of Michigan have a strong Tinder game.

The popular dating app released its list of "Most Right-Swiped" college football schools in the United States today, ranking each of the schools in the preseason Associated Press Top 25 based on how much Tinder love they get.

Michigan State comes in at No. 3, behind only Florida State and Ohio State. Florida and UCLA round out the Top 5, followed by U-M at No. 6.

Yes, that apparently means more Spartans are swiped right on the app than Wolverines, if you're looking for some bragging rights.

For those who have never used Tinder (if you're single and in your mid-20s, you can probably skip this paragraph), it's a mobile-only dating app where you build a quick profile and are presented with potential matches, based on the age, gender and proximity parameters you set. You swipe right on people you like; otherwise, you swipe left. Two people who swipe right on each other become a "match" and can chat with each other.

Tinder, which reportedly has more than 50 million users, began including education info in its profiles in November 2015, based on each user's Facebook data. About 85% of Tinder users are between the ages of 18 and 34.
