Michigan State reportedly secured another member of its 2017 recruiting class Saturday in Westerville (Ohio) South safety Dominique Long.

Ranked a 3-star prospect by 247Sports and Scout.com, Long held additional offers from Navy, Air Force, Bowling Green, Ball State, Eastern Kentucky and Ohio.

Long camped at MSU last week and received an offer shortly after, according to 247Sports, which ranks Long the No. 27 prospect in the state of Ohio. Long becomes commit No. 13 for the Spartans' 2017 class and is the fourth out of Ohio. Long is also the fourth prospect to commit this week, joining Florida defensive ends Donovan Winter and Lashawan Paulino-Bell and in-state offensive tackle Mustafa Khaleefah.
