The science of ag to debut at St. Louis Science Center

The St. Louis Science Center is working on a new indoor/outdoor exhibit to open this summer about the science of agriculture, bringing rural America to the city. Bert Vescolani is president and CEO of the science center which is creating an indoor outdoor experience for visitors to learn about agriculture.  He tells Brownfield Ag news they won’t shy away from the hot topics like GMOs and antibiotics, “It would be a mistake if we didn’t address them and, in some cases, clearing up some misconceptions, talking a little bit about the science behind those. We’re an organization that really relies on accurate science to tell our stories.”
