Asia Legal Briefing: India’s Rajiv Luthra Passes and Rests in Power

Rajiv Luthra, the founder and managing partner of Indian law firm, Luthra and Luthra Law Offices India, passed away suddenly on May 10, 2023. He was 66, survived by his wife and two daughters.

I don’t know the late Luthra well at all. Afterall, I’ve only ever spoken to him twice, but the Indian legal community reminded me often of how revered he was.
