Western New England University has selected Zelda B. Harris, currently the director of the Dan K. Webb Center for Advocacy and Mary Ann G. McMorrow Professor of Law at Loyola University Chicago School of Law, to become the next dean of its School of Law.

Harris, who will become dean on Aug. 1, will succeed Beth D. Cohen, who became interim dean of WNE Law after Sudha N. Setty, who served as dean from July 1, 2018, left on July 1 to become dean of the City University of New York.
