William S. Brewbaker III, the William Alfred Rose Professor of Law at The University of Alabama School of Law, has been promoted to dean of the law school.
Brewbaker, who will begin his deanship on July 10, will succeed Mark Brandon, who became dean on July 1, 2014, according to the school’s announcement and Rosenblatt’s Deans Database (RDD).
